Daily

Winter Rate (Nov-Feb) $50 + tax

Summer Rate (Mar-Oct) $58 + tax

A $50 deposit is required to hold the reservation.

 

Weekly

Winter Rate (Nov-Feb) $250 + tax

Summer Rate (Mar-Oct) $300 + tax

A $100 deposit is required to hold the reservation.

 

Monthly

Winter Rate (Nov-Feb) $550 + metered electric 

Summer Rate (Mar-Oct) $625 + metered electric ​

A $100 deposit is required to hold the reservation.

Permanent

$525 per month + metered electric with signed 12-month contract

If the reservation dates are modified, then the site may

also be changed depending on availability.
